NEVER BOOK FLIGHTS THROUGH TRAVEL-START!!!!
Booking ZA***2, in June I had to change my daughter flight due to her not being able to fly to Cape Town due to lock-down! It cost me double the airplane tickets. From R1400 to R2800 to change the flights! Now that I want to cancel the trip, they want to refund me R273 of R2816.06! Why should I pay for airport taxes etc if we not even going to fly?? This is ridiculous and I want my finds back!!! You can understand if they take 10-15% off the price if you cancel your flight, but to take R2500 odd, this is insane! I want a refund on my ticket please!!
