NEVER AGAIN
Must be the worst experience trying to get hold of them. WhatsApp line is very ineffective and you just cant get through to anyone to resolve an issue. We'll try and contact the airlines direct. NEVER AGAIN

Thanks for reaching out and taking my call earlier.
There was a mix up in the online contact form information where we received a date change request for the outbound flight returning in July which was after the return flight date booked and only for passenger Ally.
I have since spoken to your wife who provided me with the correct dates she would like to receive a quote for in October as well as confirmed it was for all 4 passengers.
This has been passed onto our amendments team who will be in contact via email on her email address which shows in the booking ending with an amendment quote.
Feedback has been provided to Bernadette to please keep checking her emails and to please follow the prompts provided by the agent in the quote, once received.
