Never again.
Booked a car over the December with them. They took R760.00 from my credit card but send me a mail that there is no cars available and now I am being given the run around on my refund. Their call center does not answer the phones and I receive a my from a company called Cartrawler, who says I should call Chubb insurance, they tell me they don't deal with refunds and was given another number to call and this number only rings. TRAVELSTART NO WERE TO BE SEEN.

No were on the Travelstart site does it say that there are other companies involved when making a booking. I have called your call centre a number of time, they always have to many calls to answer to take other calls. Again 'NEVER AGAIN WITH TRAVELSTART. P.s we are +-16 guys that is planing a trip to the Jakarta Jazz festival this year and one of the guys past a screen short of a flight to Jakarta from your web site and I told them of my bad experience I had with Travelstart. You read between the line.
