Naranjan was very helpfull

Naranjan was very helpfull. I booked direct flights on 30 July and now we have to fly from Zurich to Frankfurt. Then get a flight back to Cape Town. No compensation was offered. If I knew this I would booked much cheaper flights with Emirates. I do hope you understand.
