MY MONEY STILL NOT REFUNDED AFTER THE REVERSAL DONE ON THE 08-02-2019

i cant believe that even now you haven't paid my R764 of my cancelled flight. My bank (FNB) says Comair, i believe comair is partner to travestart partner still has not bank my R764, they were suppose bank. the booking was done on the 8th-02-2019 and the cancellation was on the 8th-02-2019 but still today on 21st nothing is reflecting on my account. why is it so difficult for travelstart to pay a mere R764 for such a big company. you guyz are really ******. Tracey **** and said she will give me feed back VIA email even today no feedback. None of the people at travelstart have been transparent with my money. even today i haven't received. please phone me for further clarity. ********** 238

I have tried reaching you on the cell number provided, unfortunately to no avail.
Our payments team has contacted the bank again this morning, who have confirmed that the amount of R764.86 is no longer pending. It is also not reflecting as a banked (debited) amount.
As this was a pending authorization that was reversed, I need to remind you it would not show as an actual refund to your account, your balance would just be adjusted accordingly. The agent at the bank has suggested you would need to check your statement again and if you find the amount reflecting as a debit on your account, kindly forward the statement to our payments team again who will follow up with them.
