My honest rating is a 2. I have been very frustrated trying to deal with Travelstart. I have been trying to amend a booking from Tuesday 9th to Tuesday 2nd June. It has taken 3 hours with stop/ start intermittent communications from a live chat box. It is absolutely ridiculous. I made request on Thursday and I was still waiting for it today. Really not happy. Now I know why it is better to use a travel agent. It's okay with Travelstart taking your.money, and you can.make a booking within minutes, however when trying to make changes you are given the run around, floundering around on the whatsapp with someone that is as slow as a snal. 3 hours to communicate a simple request is ridiculous. Sorry really, really unhappy 🙁
