My booking was changed because a flight was cancelled

My booking was changed because a flight was cancelled. It made me very anxious. I am happy to say that several TravelStart staff helped me today, both on the WhatsApp Support channel and also by phoning me with information. This evening Tazmin helped me in a friendly way even though most of my difficulties had to do with my own anxiety. But she did not make me feel silly because of it, but gave helpful tips and remained calm and friendly until I have completed online check-in. Thank you all. Marike
