My account has been charged twice!!!

I recently booked a return flight from JHB to PE through Travelstart, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Two days after the initial booking, they deducted another payment for a return flight, leaving my bank account in arrears. Attempts to resolve this issue have been met with obstacles, and the overall customer service has been disappointing. This unexpected financial burden has soured my opinion of Travelstart, and I'm hesitant to use their services again.

Absolutely pathetic in my opinion.
