Most useless customer service department in the world
Travelstart has the most useless client service team in the world. I booked return tickets from CT to JHB and had to change the tickets. They have no call centre, the what's up options are beyond useless waited for over two hours and then still no response from an agent and the best yet emergency number does not have agents. This is theft and I hope the consumer protection act invoked on this company. I will never use them and have advised friends and foe alike to do the same.
