More stressful to use them than to loose money with more expensive agents

If I could give them less than 1 start, I would. Even if Travelstart is the cheapest flight option, do yourself a favour and don’t use them. We booked return tickets and needed to amend dates due to unforeseen circumstances and it was a never-ending struggle. You can’t speak to anyone directly, the email addresses bounce, the payments links don’t work, delayed service, etc. etc. Holidays and travel should be an exciting experience, they make it a nightmare!
