Booked way in advance for flight to Frankfurt. Received an e-mail to say that the flights have been changed. Tried calling but they do not want to talk to you, only says to reply on the mail. Please please please do not ever use TRAVELSTART!!!!!!!!!! QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT SLOW ON THE UPTAKE!

The flight to Frankfurt still exists. I have spoken to them and they have seats available! The issue was obviously the domestic carriers which have been grounded. So, all you had to do is look for an alternative carrier on the same day to Johannesburg, not cancel my flight to Frankfurt without consulting me.
