Mixed feelings

Had it not been for the great service received from Thembeka Bomi, I would have given Travelstart 1 star review. The first consultant I spoke took down the wrong details forcing me to call again and wait another half an hour! Please attend to your phone lines. 40 minutes wait time is totally unacceptable in todays age of service orientated businesses! Surely by now, since you are on online only business, you should allow clients to make changes to their bookings without having to wait forever on a phone line and jump over many hoops to accept a new quote.
