Missing return ticket

Avoid booking with travel start at all cost! You are in for a disappointing experience. Not the first time I've come across the same reports from the same company.

I have booked a return ticket to the middle east costing 24k with travel start which is an above average return rate. I got quotations from another travel agency for the same return flight around the same rate, which I opted for travel start.

At departure i didnt recieve any return details yet, however upon alerting them, they said they would have a look in to it. They later said sorry it was a one way and the flight was probably that rate because they booked the highest economy class, utter lies. no seats were pre-booked or allocated.

a return ticket booking is a visa condition to enter the middle east (ksa), however travel start maintain they are not aware of any visa protocols and what could have happened to the booking.

I was also eligible for a 20% automatic discount after booking with a credit card as advertised on the website. 2 months later and I am still awaiting a call back.

1.Given the price of the ticket(clearly an above average return rate), 2.a return flight booking is a condition in order to get a visa to ksa 3. i am 100% positive i selected the return dates. 4. 20% discount advertisment booking with credit card, they claim to know nothing about on their website. 5. On numerous occasions have I requested the contact details of a manager, supervisor or head of operation, to no avail.
