misleading info on website links

Travelstart had a special for cheaper flights on Kulula on 21 January. I made booking for 2 and chose to pay through Internet banking. They provided their own link to ABSA where I could transfer R3048,70 for the 2 tickets. On the website however they were listed as ABSA beneficiaries but on the side where one could choose option of proof of payment to the beneficiary through sms, email etc. there was NO such option. As it was their own link to ABSA I Understood it to be in order then. My bank confirmed the payment which was made around 10pm two hours before the cut off time of midnight. The next day I was informed that no payment had been made and I would lose the booking unless I paid another R456. As I had already paid over R3000 I paid the extra money, Now I ended up paying R3504.70 for 2 tickets which would have cost me R3080 at Kulula itself. I feel I cannot just leave it at that. What can be done?
