Misleading ads

Travelstart advertises that you are entitled to a FULL refund on plane tickets booked if you choose their full refund option (which of course is a "small" fee of R1500). Then when you do want a refund they have "admin fees" of R1000 per person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Apparently located in their terms and conditions section. Now am I stupid or does FULL mean the entire fee paid ( barring of course the fee you paid to have the insurance). This in my mind is FALSE advertising and should be stopped immediately! I will NEVER book through these ****** again and advise anyone out there to do the same!!
