Mislead and **** to!!!

<p>I am appalled and annoyed by the service and **** I have received from Travelstart! My first time using it and it has already started horribly. I booked for a flight from Jhb to George but was told it booked me from George to Jhb, and the agent promised me it would be cancelled immediately and I refunded. I am still waiting for the call back that I was promised when they said they would listen to the call but now all I get is emails saying they can't cancel. I barely have problems with service agents but this by far has just ruined my experience!! All because I was **** to by them!!!</p>
