I booked a round-trip online, after payment there was a pop-up that the flight was no longer available. I contacted customer service, who verified that they still needed to confirm availability. How do you take payment for something you don't know if you can deliver? Blatant breach of CPA! First time user that will NEVER return or recommend. Now I must apparently wait 7-10 days to get my R4600 back?

I have patiently waited out the 7-10 business days and still I have not received my R4600 back. After confirming that the transaction was reversed on your side. Where is MY money?
