Margo Poole is the BEST !!

Margo Poole showed unbelievable patience as we experienced every imaginable challenge in rebooking flights to the USA due to emergency related cancellation, and she did so while under great pressure herself given the call volume that Travelstart was experiencing, and then to top it all off, she called back in an hour as promised to confirm we had in fact been able to complete the rebooking. As much as I love South Africa, Margo was an absolute life saver in our need to get back to the USA where things are also crazy about now. Margo deserves a promotion, perhaps something like director of customer services unless the CEO post is open.
