Marcelle - outstanding service

I had booked Kulula return flight from JHB TO DBN via Travelstart. The ticket was inclusive of check in luggage. To my surprise when boarding from JHB,Kulula rudely forced me to pay for the check in luggage. I paid as I did not want to miss the flight. Upon my arrival in DBN,I submitted a query to Travelstart. My query was handled by Marcelle. I got refunded within a day. She got my return ticket endorsed to include check in luggage. My return was seamless. What impressed me most is the follow up call from Marcelle. She called to confirm if I received my refund and how was my return flight.
