Marcelle is the best! :)

Background in short: I booked a ticket with with FlySafair via Travelstart. FlySafair changed my bookings, it didn't suit me and they offered to refund me in full. Inbound flight was refunded, but after 2months of not receiving my outbound refund I started querying. FlySafair simply said it was refunded and eventually sent me the POP. They refunded to Travelstart. Marcelle (Travelstart) got hold of me on Tuesday and said that she'll get back to me by Friday. On Wednesday I received an email from her confirming the money will be refunded to me within 3 days and they need my bank account details. Not long after I received a follow up phone call. Thank you Marcelle! Brilliant customer service. :)
