Losing a Flight can be traumatic....

I made a mistake with my bookings with dates.... Ref ZA***1 I am supposed to be traveling tomorrow. Thandeka Goba has been very helpful in at least securing my return flight which we re scheduled to the 15th Aug 2019... She offered to communicate on my behalf with Kulula who she send an email and we are hoping for a positive response...

I am encouraged that there's employees like Thandeka who really went out of her way to assist me... it really gives me hope that with people like her in the Aviation industry there's hope for a bright tomorrow.

Keep it up my sister... really impressed I will share this story with my friends and colleagues...
