Legitimate travel agency or a ****?

I am currently over seas and booked to travel home tomorrow and urgently need to change my ticket. I have been trying to contact Travelstart for the last 24 hours with absolutely no success. I have gone through all platforms provided, including phone, email, website contact form, facebook and whatsapp. All I get is an automated reply, is this a legitimate business or a ****? We booked through a travel agency so that we would be able to make changes on our airline tickets and now we are seriously upset that we did not book directly with the airline as they ARE answering their phones!!!
