Lack of effective and timeous support

I have never had issues with Travelstart, but I'm getting really annoyed lately with not being able to speak to a person when I need to. They seem to steer all enquiries via digital channels and then don't respond within a reasonable amount of time. I log online queries via their contact form and I don't get a response. My flights are coming up soon and I also don't receive updates on whether my flights will take off or not.
