Kyle Delcarme saves the day (Travelstart customer service representative)

It was an extremely ****ty process of trying to get credit card (Mastercard) transactions to be approved for the flights booked via Momondo and Travelstart but luckily a kind lad in the Travelstart Customer service (Kyle Delcarme) was patient and knowledgeable enough to assist this poor holiday planner to get things done. With the help of the Travelstart team, Kyle made the online assistance seem natural, professional and are I say, ...fun. In these times when it's so easy to skimp on customer service, both times I have needed to reach out to Travelstart's customer services I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Highly recommended!
