Just wondering

I wonder if travelstart ever read what people think of them and how many of the so called "great service, some of the 5* ratings" how many of the people were paid to write positive reviews so that their business looks better and how many of them actually work for travelstart that wrote reviews!! Just wondering why certain people get joy out of them but the majority get the run around.
