i dealt with Jeremy and he was fabulous. yes i might have taken all day to get hold of travelstart but when i did, he was even prepared to call me back and that saved me airtime. he then managed to change our flight withing 20mins and had very little costs involved. he was efficient and polite and very helpful. i would call on him again anytime. thank you so much Jeremy
