I cannot even begin to explain how much I had to go through to get a refund for a cancelled flight, after weeks of trying to get hold of them they say a refund is going to take 24 weeks and more because of “the current situation” do these people want to make a profit of our money for 6 months? Hundreds of people are upset because of this situation, all over social media there’s an uproar.
