It should be a 1 Star BUT Alan saved the day!

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about my experience with Travelstart,

I made a booking for my clients to fly to Maldives in May, the lady that helped me was so friendly and nice and despite the feedback I have received about Travelstart I was very impressed. I explained that the 2 ladies on this booking will be having babies by the time they travel and will need to add the Infants on once they were born. She didn’t reply but I was ok with that I would just message her once I have all the details. Once the Infants were born I waited on the birth certificates and that’s when all the headaches started. It took 2 month for travelstart to even sort out the Infants, charging me ridiculous amounts to add on a infant then dropping the price and then when we paid it I was asked for more money after payment was taken. THEN not wanting to issue on a Birth Certificate after explaining to them I do not have the passports yet to issuing the infants name incorrectly. And all this while I had been asked about 5/6 times for passports or birth certificates. I emailed regarding my disappointment with the service only to get a reply ignoring my email asking me for birth certificates once again.

At the time of travel the one infants passports had not arrived as yet and I called at 9h30 saying that there is a chance they might not travel and I need a quote for a date change the guy said give me 1 – 2 hours and I will get back to you, surprise surprise no one gets back to me I called in that day, must have been about 10 times and nothing, it was about an hour and a half before travel and I got a call from Alan he assured me that he had been doing everything he could since 3pm that afternoon and he messaged me on whatsapp keeping me informed of what was happening at this time the flight was about to take off and the hope of anything happening was 0, he said he was going to try his best and for a while I thought it was just a lost course. 3 days later LET ME TELL YOU this man came through for me, he got my flight reinstated and he has just been amazing! As much as I have had a nightmare booking with you guys he has really just been nothing short of AMAZING!

Alan I just want to thank you for everything you have done I know sometimes I wasn’t always easy to deal with, but you made an impossible situation possible! I really appreciate everything you have done for me and my clients!
