ref number ZA***6, why is it impossible to talk to someone at this company, i needed to change my flight date, ive tried to call you since thursday , its now monday, the longest ive held on is 37 mins no one answers, its says im in the queue and my call will be answered in 3 min, ive been holding for 17 mins, eventually i just give up. please can someone help me with my flight, i even tried the whatstapp line, thats just a bot, i tried downlowding your app , still nothing , extrememly frustrating , do you guys ever talk to your cusotmers?
