IRATE soon-to-be NON-CUSTOMER because of ZERO SERVICE

I booked an international flexi-ticket for 16/12/2021. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have had to postpone/cancel/get refund. You numbers +***0, *** and email *** are ineffective. I get ZERO responses, for a week now. I'd drive to headoffice if we were in the same province. I will NOT be regarded as a no-show, because of your incompetence. Call me!!!! And fix this!!!!
