Inept Consultant

On 2/02 I requested details for a holiday for my husband and myself. I received an almost immediate response and was impressed by the promptness of service. Since then, after numerous reminder emails to Mia, I have only received flight pricing- on 28/02. Her excuses: 'Sorry, I overlooked your mail; I dont have pricing from my operators; I am still working on land options.' While I understand that my travel dates are far off, I did initiate the conversation 5 weeks ago. The only times I get responses, are when I request feedback, and/or request for another consultant to take over. I am now being assisted by Harvey Travel, who have been giving me excellent service.
