Inefficient and Cumbersome Processes to cancel a Booking

I have been trying to cancel a travel booking, I have called and emailed since Friday and I am not getting the necessary support and assistance to have this matter laid to rest. My case has been escalated to the Refunds dept since Saturday/Sunday and I have still not received a quotation for this. I am truly disappointed in the Service Levels that I am receiving or rather not receiving!!! I will not be utilizing Travelstart in future.
