Incorrect INFO
I booked my ticket with travelstart and clicked flexible ticket, come the day i change my ticket and they say sorry pease pay 140 Euro total ********S<br>

Thank you for your feedback.
I regret you are unhappy with change penalties quoted. I note that our colleagues have advised you of the different options available.
Our Flexi option allows for 1 free change in the same booking class and covers the date change penalties that apply. It does however not cover any difference in fare and taxes that may be applicable due to the same booking class(original fare class) not being available.
I do understand your frustrations and can advise that our team can check different dates to see if the same booking class is available. If any other date options offer the same booking class as originally booked this would result in no differences needing to be paid.
