incorrect destination

I went on the website to book a ticket for my aunty from Pe to Durban. Somehow the destination after booking and paying for the ticket the ticket now shows Pe to Cpt.i have been calling the call centre and been put from 1 person to the next. I was then told to leave my number as someone will contact me back well needless to say that also has not happened. I called again this morning and I was told I must call back later as the flight I booked is only for May and they 1st need to deal with customers flying today. I feel this is utter nonsense as a regular user of this service to be treated in the manner I have been I can assure you I will not be using this service again
