Incorrect baggage allowance info

I've been trying to book a flight and get the correct baggage allowance for a particular flight from Zanzibar to Johannesburg. When I do a search it says the baggage allowance is 1x7kg and 2 x23kg on a SAA flight, code sharing with Mango. As I am out of the country, had some two people call to check ion my behalf to check if this is correct and both got a different story. I also mailed info and was told to check with the airline, myself. How can I possibly book a flight on your search engine and you cannot help me with the correct baggage allowances. Please can I get some assistance here?
