Your flights might be special but your (Chantil Buckley) service is poor and pathetic, never the less to say that you *********** and the fact that you make a booking for a customer and not double checking tells me a lot about your attitude. My wife made a Booking for her and another person, where she gave you the correct details as it was suppose to be. but in return you gave my wife the correct Flights as for the other person you were so *********** to book her return flight for 2018 after receiving the correct info. Surely you should be checking your bookings as a Travel agent to see if it is the same as the customer. unfortunately it is because of poor services like your and the attitude that you have that gives the company a bad name not that it is good reading some of the other comments other people have posted.
