I am beyond annoyed and angry with travelstart I will never ever book with travelstart again and neither should anybody else!!!!!

I had to make a name change to my booking because I got married , when I requested this change they sent me a link to pay before 12 that evening which I did that was on Sunday the 11th Feb 2018 (CHANGES will be done between 24 and 48 HOURS )

after Phoning on Monday the 12th of Feb I was told the changes are done and the ticket will be issues latest Tuesday The 13th .

I didn't get any updated ticket ... I called yesterday Morning I spoke to Asisipho she said Melissa will give me a call back shes working on it , Melissa said they did a new booking with my surname change and sent to Etihad ... Etihad comes back and says that's not the way it works anymore they must change the surname on the origina booking (SHOULDNT TRAVELSTART BE UPTO DATE WITH ALL THE AIRLINES POLICIES AND PROCEDURES?????)

Melissa PROMISED me that she will send my ticket yesterday and guess what I still DONT have a ticket and guess what its almost 12 o clock on the 15th of February and I still haven't heard anything from you guys ...... ive been holding on the phone for 30min and no answer..
