INCOMPETENCE AND CONTRADICTORY INFORMATION PROVIDED PREJUDICING THE CONSUMER

We cancelled our flight to rebook. Initially we were told that the only available flight is the 31 and the ticket can be rebooked. The call was recorded. We have confirmation email and facebook messenger correspondence from Travelsta confirming the ticket is valid till 13 sep 2018. On the 23 December we found earlier flights for the 24 we contacted Travel start directly and were informed that they cannot assist us and we need to contact Air Austral and come to the airport to rebook . we went to the airport and air austral tried to assist us but could not as they advised that Travelstart was suppose to rebook the ticket. We are sitting at the airport now again for the third day trying to get assistance!! Being sent back and forth from Travelstart to the Airport. Being provided with contradictory information. The calls are recorded yet no one wants to take responsibility!! I am currently sitting wit the flight controller of air austral who is trying to get through to travelstart so called "urgent" line for the past 2 hours. I personally feel that we have been prejudiced and travelstart should assist us!!!
