Impossible to reach for customer support- reached company director on email

I like so many others have not been able to contact Travelstart, they only have bots available which are unhelpful.

I attempted to have someone contact me three days ago to no avail, I did however manage to get a hold of someone higher up in the company. I will post those details here, if it's not allowed then I guess this post will be deleted.

I have yet to be assisted but I was told that someone from operations would contact me.
