Impossible to get hold of

This company is an absolute ****. I don’t think there is a single human being working there. You cannot get through to anyone, and are constantly redirected in a never ending loop. I tried to suspend my tickets that were cancelled due to lockdown, the email stated “reply to this email”, which I did, only to get an automated response saying that the email address was a no-reply address and I was redirected to their contact page on the webpage, which does not contain any contact details, you have to complete the form. There is a WhatsApp number, but this is bot run and it’s impossible to get an answer to your more complex questions. This is incredibly frustrating and I will never use Travelstart again. Much simpler to have your issue resolved with the airline than this bot run business.
