impossible renew tickets with TravelStart

I still can't get new tickets out of TravelStart [they canceled my flights] as they either don't get back to me or tell me they can only deal with travel that is imminent. The problem with that is that I can never get my Visa in time. I have had to postpone my travel arrangements indefinitely. I bought tickets just before Covid hit and still can't get new tickets. This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. All I want is to travel before the end of the year when they have told me my tickets will be canceled which is exactly what it feels like they are trying to achieve. The last person who rep**** to me told me I had two tickets to JHB from Cape Town when in fact I have to return tickets to London. Please can someone call me back?
