Impossible refund

Despite numerous e mails to all available addresses it is impossible to deal with this company. I have requested my aurline ref and ticket number toi many times to remember withiut any success. They simply are too stupid or *********** to bother about customer service. I need a refund on my Emirates ticket but just hit brick walls. Absolutely useless company.... Do not use under any circumstances
