Immediate refund request from Travelstart

Hi Peter, please assist me at all cost, I purchased a transit airline ticket from Johannesburg to Accra via Doha on the 26 November 2021, due to the then travel ban imposed on South Africa I couldn't travel, I then asked for a refund of which they suggested so, I've put in the request for refund with my banking details on countless times on the page they issued for such matters but they have refused to effect the refund..
