I was charged twice when booking for a car rental, worse services ever..

I was charged twice when booking for a car and I am told I need to waif till my car rental lapses then maybe I can get my refund for the other rented amount that is debited.. This is when I call their call center, this is pathetic.. How do I need to wait for that time while it shows 2 debits from my accounts
