I received an amazing service from Travelstart today on the 20th of March. She was very patient with me. My payment was failing and she didn't conclude the call but went out of her way to check incase the fault was on their system since I knew I had sufficient funds. She helped me until the payment was successfully processed. Thank you so much to the agent. This is my booking number ZA***5 since I couldn't get her name right.
