I phoned to change a booking I had made and once the agent was on the line, he (Niranjan) took me through the process in a professional, calm and courteous manner. My query was dealt with properly and an email was sent for me to pay the difference for the change in flight dates. After payment, the ticket numbers were emailed to me.
