I paid Travelstart and they cancelled my trip even after I’ve sent them proof of Payment

I have book a flight with them this morning and within an hour they sent an email stating that the payment was unsuccessful, however, I can send via eft then i sent via eft and now I’m told that the flight has been cancelled I should book direct with the airline.
