I needed a refund, but it was insisted that I take a voucher

Thank you for reaching out to us.  I have done a search for the booking and was not able to locate any information.  Please note that certain airlines were and are still not permitting refunds on their bookings as the ticket belongs to the airline and travelstart is a booking platform that provides it's customers access to the best deals in the industry.I have tried to call you to no avail and welcome you to email us on feedback @ travelstart . com so that I can follow up on any alternative options available.
