I like the chat on the website, but would be nice they refund me also
I am happy with the chat service on the website, so quick and easy to be in touch with them! Kyle Delcarme was very kind and immediately checked what about my refund, He unfortunately did not have good news, but I appreciate his support, he gave me hope! I hope Travelstart will eventually refund me and will not disappoint me after so many years I have used them for my trips. It is being 3 months since on 23 April they told me my refund was going to be process. Thank you, I trust I will have good news soon.
