I had a very positive experience with Travelstart, and Santosh was helpful, professional and patient throughout the process. However, communication was unnecessarily frustrating as I was unable to contact Santosh directly by email or telephone. Communication was only possible when he called me, and the poor phone line made this challenging. Having to submit queries through the Travelstart web portal to communicate also added delays and inconvenience. Improving direct communication with consultants would make an already good service experience much better.
